Follow changes in Yocto layers

Yocto-related changes:

• Add HDF_AUX and PL_PKG_SUFFIX
• Remove MMAP_PATH which becomes redundant with new version of deviceaccess-mapfiles.bb
• Replace explicit dependencies of motctrl application with packagegroup

The wip-mapfiles branch of meta-msk-fwk-util/-app must be merged for these changes to work
