CASTOR-5101 The tapegateway PL/SQL procedure tg_setFileMigrated() does not handle deleted migration jobs

Removed paranoid code that tried to delete left over migration segments.
There simply shouldn't be any!

  If a 'repack -R' operation is cancelled (e.g. ^C), the request was stuck in status ABORTING. Now it is possible to re-abort such requests, given that aborts are idempotent and thread-safe.

        Fix indentation

Mark a destination TPC transfer as valid and implicitly trigger the
recomputation of the checksum if and only if the underlying XRootD OFS
open is successful.
