Also change the login_docker* scripts to run docker with --privileged,
otherwise the write access to /proc/uio-dummy will fail (aligns the
Docker parameters with the ones used in Jenkins)

prefer mbedtls instead of openssl

6h was a bit tight, as the actual runtime can be over 5h already.

.bashrc is from the home directory which is mounted from the host, so
changes will affect the host system as well as future sessions...

- Add libyajl-devel-static for EPICS, it links against the stastic library
- Add libopenssl-devel for PSM server, it needs libcrypto for some reason

the tumbleweed-default (lib64) should not be taken in case of prefix
/export/doocs, since it's always /export/doocs/lib on all platforms
