fix: incorrect step data received on manager ZMX connection module

• ready signal of M2S TX logic was deasserted too late.
• framing handler did not react properly react on back-pressure.
• Reduced data throughput of Aurora by introducing 1 MHz data strobe for A7 data.

 Since only one ZMX-Connection-Module can communicate directly with the DAMC-MOTRCTRL card, the other Subordinate ZMX cards receive their motor actuation and status signals from this Manager ZMX card. This communication uses the front panel RJ45 connectors and follows the Multi-Point Low Voltage Differential Signaling (M-LVDS) electrical standard.
