Previously took hostname and port as separate parameters, but they are
provided together in the config file so no point in separating them just
to recombine them.

drive than cleaner should unload&dismount the tape.

Adding cta-ci-ceph-luminous repository to avoid breaking all the branches with no versionlock on ceph or preprod that would automatically upgrade to luminous with distrosync otherwise.
