  CASTOR-4739 tapeserverd should support localfile, rfio, xroot and
  rados striper access for disk files

  Implemented the support for direct rados striper support in
  tapeserverd.
  The expected URL is currently: radosstriper:///user@pool:filePath
  (with no ':' in user and pool).
