Added new 'NimA Running' state

This is for running with hardware acquisition triggers using the NimA port.

To run in this mode: The config XML should set AcquisionTrigger to "Software". (This is counterintuitive I know, but it effectively gates the hardware acquisition triggers until you're ready). To start a NimA acquisition triggered run, set the run state to "NimA Running" instead of "Running". This will then set the firmware AcquistionTrigger register to "NimA" just before starting the run.
