Upload of the dataset explanation and production notebook (along its needed ressources)

Upload the explanatory notebook that also produces the dataset. Upload along it the blazar_module required to run the notebook and the other necessary ressources such as the names of the sources for their light curve downloads.

Remark: Some light curves are only available in the ZTF r-band (and FLaapLUC), they are still added to the dataset though they should not be taken into account before the possibility of missing data in the pipeline.
