Gitlab automatically assigns a license label to the project. The license
is selected from all LICENSE* files and the wrong license can be picked,
see https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/428226.

This commit renames the 3rd party license file to something Gitlab does
not recognize as a license file to work around this issue.
