Auto doc generation

Trying to automatically generate the documentation. So far I think I have the right commands. Problem seems to be with downloading the WSe2 dataset. I will be looking into it but maybe you have ideas too @rettigl

You can check the documentation build here: https://sed.readthedocs.io/en/auto-doc-generation/ but that will only update correctly once the tutorials run correctly.
