Implements #9317 on the config generator side

This is used of the pseudo device in the motor module, creating the
monitor

Call dsbam_init with proper parameters

This isn't used by the BAM server anymore

We need the lower parts for raw timing trigger, the upper part for
additional optical switch enabling

Four seems to be enough for FLASH now
