New MINOR release 08.02.00 Main reason for new minor version: protect current state already rolled out at XFEL from mapping changes with potential regressions. Slight incompatibility: added configuration variable for raw ADC readout decimation. Changes since 08.01.04: - limit raw readout length in case of HZDR - update map file for ELBE to FW 1.2.4 - move most bool->int type overrides to DOOCS mapping - fix hardcoded channel/board for VM LOOP/CPIM (#9958)
