fix: support for mcav ctrl fw 1.4.0

• fix: hack for broken map file in ctrl fw 1.4.0
  • bring the map file in the config as it cannot be taken from Jenkins.
  • replace the map file name only for exactly this version in the dmap file.
• fix: add TCK7 max bunch spacing for FW >= 1.4.0 to init script
  • had a default in FW before
