Not working yet because thread in GUI is missing

- introduce multiple measurement sets in the dut_measuremets
- create one plot per measurement set for time traces
- analysis is showing all sets against temperature/humidity

All notions of VNA, magnitude and phase in prototype.py and the GUI have been
removed and generalised.
This is just refactoring, no functional change. However, the syntax of the
config file has been adapted.

- Move direct handling of data loggers into ExternalSensors

- remove commit log comments
- fix code formatting

allow downwards sweeps

- replace TestData for PorstPlot with data of last successful sweep
- error handling class for datalogger almemo 710 and almemo 2490
- loop for multiple request of sensor data removed because included in erro handling of class for data logger
- update of test data
update play files for single work with data logger

- implementation of data logger into test stand software as alternative to model 710
- configuration vy test_stand_parameter.json
