modify module for measurement plot for external sensors
add module for post
modifiy prototype for external sensors and error handling of communcation errors of VNA

This reverts commit c6944c41.

The program continues normally with the summary plot after closing the measurement to cancel the measurement.

Currently only sensitive to temperature changes. This is to prepare for humidity simulation.

- use list of measurements instead of start/end
- use naming scheme
- code formatting

- Outer loop for sweep file
- Inner loop for measurement (can be called as a separate function)
- Each measurements has its own csv file
