Features:
- Test report is created even if test is aborted
- Improved LED testing sequence (less user steps)
- Report name starts with serial number instead of MAC
  (MAC not printed on board and probably not available in case of errors)

Bug fixes:
- Mainly improved error handling in case of errors which cause
  the test sequence to be aborted. Tests are correctly marked as aborted.
- Made the dummy work under Ubuntu 16
