With 256 MB, InfluxDB crashed several times when displaying logs in
Grafana.

Parsing timestamps leads to unordered logs because for lines without matching timestamps the
current time is used. By always using the current time, the line order is conserved.

The network mode is changed to bridge because the influxdb image
entrypoint script uses hardcoded ports for the influxdb instance it
starts before executing the setup scripts
