Respect accepted and not run objects when calculating individual rejection reasons

When calculating the rejection reason for individual objects, timewise-sup tried to calculate the rejection reason also for accepted (status 1 or 2) objects and the ones that were not run (supposedly because of a cut on chi2). Fix by setting those to accepted or not run.
