Simplify path to ONNXruntime headers

Changes made to how ONNXruntime is found and included.

Now it will work independently on the installation method, either from the LCG releases, or directly from the tar files from https://github.com/microsoft/onnxruntime/releases (both result in different path to headers).

Does this still work on top of a Key4hep release with these changes?

We will most likely have to touch this again rather soon in any case, see: https://github.com/key4hep/key4hep-spack/issues/578

I did not realize key4hep also installs onnx! Now it works.

Onnx is in Key4hep only for a few months now (mostly because Peter used to his tests and developments on top of Key4hep).
