Draft: feat: generate a register model for pyUVM

• add documentation (references to pyUVM documentation and its examples, also Muhammed Kocaoğlu's example, and UVM function references)
• add an example cocotb testbench

This is an alternative to the current 'cocotb' output option. It is specifically for being used with pyUVM's implementation of the UVM register abstraction layer (RAL).
