Cagil Guemues requested to merge code_review_hw_test into main

Changelog:

  • Motor Control submodule name (and git repo pointer) changed to "Motion Control"
  • Payload interface is simplified to cover the latest decisions of the FW team.
  • tcl scripts for the project updated to have better address mapping (not final, might still change)
