Changelog

Framing logic can now automatically recover in case of link failure using Channel Up information as AXI4S reset
Reset tree inside ZMX Block design cleaned up. Aurora no longer gets reset by Vio (not needed since it recovers itself after failure)
ZMX card now shows Aurora Link status on the front panel Led
Debug probe files are now automatically added to the ./OUT artifact folder
Removed old-unused code (DAQ etc)

Tested and verified on the hardware.
