Interrupt Feature

Cagil Guemues requested to merge interrupt into main

This branch implements the interrupt feature for the RTM logic.

Currently, there are two interrupts that this module can generate through the ISR registers:

  1. RTM I2C Communication Done (negative edge of busy)
  2. RTM I2C Communication Error flag
