Desyrdl integration

Cagil Guemues requested to merge desyrdl_integration into main

Assigning Lukasz as reviewer even though module's second developer is Burak (vacation).

Changelog:

  • Dropped IBUS and replace registers with DesyRDL implementation
  • Several register name and width/length changes
  • Timing Module now has capability to have 32 output channels
  • ID register now shows how many output channels and external inputs are configured for the module
