• Move BSP Configuration parameters to the tcl space. FWK will be used to generate the pkg_bsp_config.vhd packages where logic can use
• This change now forces bsp_sis8300ku module to use the latest FWK.
• C_APP_FREQ_MAX_DIFF is no longer changeable by the user. Lower the jitter requirement for the application clock from 2MHz -> 200kHz
