Remove mig improve aurora

Cagil Guemues requested to merge remove_mig_improve_aurora into main
  • Removed MIG from the block design.
  • C2C AXI4 Full path is now identical to AXI4 Lite
  • Introduced SFP3 Aurora lane that uses the same Quad Clock for GT Ref.
  • BSP Logic now shows Aurora Cores Statuses.
  • Tested and verified on hardware
