Reset cleanup

Cagil Guemues requested to merge reset_cleanup into main

Changelog:

  • Aurora Channel Up information now travels to the application side as AXI4-S Areset-n signal
  • Fixed AURORA_CORE_STATUS register information
  • Introduced AURORA_CRC_FAIL_CNT functionality
  • Removed commented-out old code (FCM/DAQ etc)

Tested and verified on the hardware.
