Integrates DesyRDL v1.0 into framework. Optional Library per module: When ::fwfwk::ModuleOwnLib variable set to 1 in project tcl or ModuleOwnLib in project cfg, then modules sources are added to a separate library of the module namespace name. Then as well the desyrdl address map instances are added to the instance library.
