Update the ntuple production to contain all necessary variables

This updates the DimuonSpectrum2011 to fill the branches as vector<float> / vector<int> respectively. Additionally, now all the necessary information is stored to produce the dimuon spectrum. Since my setup runs clang-format on everything by default, I split that off into a separate commit, that can in principle be added to .git-blame-ignore-revs file (if gitlab also supports that).
