Reverse committing 25579:25519 because the revissions from 25520 to 25579 were too detailed.  They were meant to be a single revision pushed from my git repository.  The --merge option git svn dcommit did not do what I expected.

The ACS command-line tools are no longer compiled or packaged, of course this will be changed in the future.  For now I wish to concentrate on getting the cleanup of rmcd into the central repository.

Added the struct rmc_srv_rqst_context to be used to pass the context of a request to a server side function of rmcd that is responsible for servicing a client request.

Replaced the global variable localhost of rmc_procreq.c with a parameter passed to each of the functions implemented within rmc_procreq.c

Moved the mount, dismount and queryvolume binaries with their full names to the castor-rmc-server rpm

Modified Imakefile to take into account the rename of the castor/tape/rmcd directory to castor/tape/rmc

Modified the code within castor/tape/rmc to take in account the rename of the directory from castor/tape/rmcd

Now ignoring mountacs, dismountacs and queryvolumeacs in the correct directory, in other words in castor/tape/rmcd

Updated the source code of the castor/tape/rmcd directory to take in account the fact that the directory had been renamed from castor/tape/mediachanger
