Amended the fix to take into account clients that set an empty
protocol (yes, stager_put does that...), that was accepted so far.

Fixed tapeserverd changing its status to UP (instead of RUNNING) in the VDQM when "tpconfig up" is called while the session is running.

to work, the xroot-python-0.3 package is needed.

Fixed answering to the prepareToGet requests : we were not anwsering asynchronously as it should be but only after the recall took place

Fixed expected output of BadChecksum test of gridFTP as it has changed with the new version of Globus. For the moment the message is not perfect (internal error), but better than the absence of message that was there.

Fixed get method: we need to take a lock, otherwise we may get "Set changed size during iteration" errors
