Add mgmofs.protowfhostport mgmofs.protowfendpoint to MGM config before the MGM actually start and fix protowfendpoint: it must begin with '/'.

cta.log none|error|warning|info|debug|protobuf|protoraw|all...

Multiple space-separated options are allowed.

(none) disables logging
(error|warning|info|debug) log all items at that level and below
(protobuf|protoraw) are binary flags which can be switched on or off
   independent of the base logging level
(all) is equal to "debug protobuf protoraw"
