Improved the castor.conf and manual page comments of the BULK parameters of the tapebridged daemon.  More specifically the comments now state when the parameters will be read and taken into account.

Removed an eighth mounting system.  This one began with a small 'r' as opposed
to the the capital 'R' used to indicate SONY DMS-24.

Updated the taped manual page accordingly.

Sorry I broke the build not at build time but at rpm generation time.

I have fixed my mistake.

Fixed in the trunk.

RPM: no home directory, nologin shell

depending on the job type.
On the way, fixed an incorrect subrequest restart statement.

cannot physically exist any longer. And make them invalid
in the upgrade script.
Implemented a couple of other missing updates in the upgrade script.

Make sure that no fast full scan is used in subRequestTodo. This is too vulnerable to sparse table/indexes
