Removed unused files.
Added missed unittests.

Renamed cta-oraUnitTests to cta-catalogueUnitTests because there is more than one supported database type

relies on global variables managing files which were deleted on child process exit.
Helgrind is currently disabled for the multiprocess unit test as it makes it fail.

Created a new class ConfigurationFile that turns a text file into a double map of categories/keys entries.
The map also contains the line number from which the configuration is comming.

Created an embryo system test.

Removed unused cmake directory.
Added missing reset to getopt's global variables.
Fixed missing inclusion of unit test.
Fixed code that failed in unit tests.

This implied removing tpconfig, tplabel and tpstat.

Removed unecessary old code, including propagation of the moved port
Put inplace "make unittests" which now run the unittests through valgrind and helgrind.

Added rados library version validation and cleanup.
Created a new shared library to ensure instantiation of singleton object supporting the former.
Removed several double creations of drive objects in unit tests.
Added cleanup for potentially unused drive objects in unit tests.

NOT ALL OF THE TAPEDAEMON UNITTESTS ARE BEING COMPILED AND THERE ARE
STILL UNITTESTS THAT ARE COMPILED THAT DO NOT PASS
