The default `prepareImage.sh` will create an image with cern-only repositories inside. Run `prepareImage.sh public` to use another dockerfile, that forces package installation from public sources.

And improve starting of old and new versions of mhvlt when creating buildtree environment

By default all packages will be taken from public repositories. Run `./bootstrapCTA.sh cern` and `./bootstrapMHVTL.sh cern` to get packages from cern-only repos.

To make it more self-contained

Move oracle repo setup to bootstrapCTA

But ignore useradd error

It may be missing from the system. Instead of adding it, try to install everything from public repositories

Newly created user should be able to immediately run bootstrapCTA.sh. Therefore CTA repo should already be present in a home directory

- remove gitlab credentials
- set up default cta user OR
- set up custom user (accept name as an argument)
- add `sudo's` to allow running this script not as root

Ceph packages are installed from cta-ci-ceph-nautilus repository located in continuousintegration/docker/ctafrontend/cc7/etc/yum.repos.d/cta-ci.repo

Old SRPM is now cleaned up.
We automatically fetch all existing repos from the docker tree.
