cta/CTA#130 Helgrind gets spurious when using `std::mutex` in the catalogue.

With respect to the mediachanger::AcsProxy class. Replaced
std::mutex and std::lock_guard with their helgrind friendly
drop in replacements threading::Mutex and
threading::MutexLocker.
