For now run in parallel with bionic; We can drop bionic if focal builds
reasonably well

This was observed in the DoocsAdapter

The verbose output makes up the majority of the build log.

Needed for tripEventLogger's export to HDF5 support

Change build type to 'Debug' for sanitizer builds (tsan, asan) and add new cmake flag 'USE_TSAN' for tsan builds.

Remove the --squash parameter which caused havoc
