create list of dependency artefacts and use it later in the analysis job to obtain the same artefacts again

- obtain build directory in analysis job from parent job

move the build to /scratch inside the docker environment, and other preparations for the separated analysis job

First step to split the long-running analysis (valgrind, coverage) off the main build job. For now, the analysis is disabled.
