change type of macro pulse number PV to int64_t (as this is the data type expected by DOOCS) and convert if necessary via the TypeChangingDecorator

so far, only scalars work and the meta data (macro pulse number etc. is missing)

removed direct use of CSA::ProcessArray (which is the implementation) and replaced it with NDRegisterAccessor (the base class) in the adapter. Usage in tests still pending

changed signature of DoocsProcessScalar to accept a different name for the Doocs property than the PV name

disable history for properties with names longer than 64 characters, since DOOCS seems not to support this

- activated history for scalars

removed all uses of the ProcessScalar class and replaced it with the ProcessArray (ProcessScalar will be removed from the CSA soon)

moved to the "ProcessVariableAccessors" branch of the control system adapter, which unifies the interface with DeviceAccess

- Fixed the use of process variables with location name
