prepared test for DoocsPVFactory for Factory which uses the mapping. currently failing as implementation not complete

testVariableMapper is testing the clear function (and uses it to have a clean state for the next test)

changed signature of DoocsProcessScalar to accept a different name for the Doocs property than the PV name

implemented tests are now checking for the correct expected values (and still failing due to missing implementation

necessary update for latest change in the ControlSystemAdapter interface (removal of deprecated functions)

replace any additional slashes in the DOOCS property name by a dot, since DOOCS does not support additional slashes in the names.

removed all uses of the ProcessScalar class and replaced it with the ProcessArray (ProcessScalar will be removed from the CSA soon)

moved to the "ProcessVariableAccessors" branch of the control system adapter, which unifies the interface with DeviceAccess
