- Revised logic for checkSourceConsistency
- invoke set_ro_access if all ifff sources are readonly.

All IFFF sources must be consistently readable/writable. A logic error
is thrown if this is not the case.

Added code to support zmq sending in cretaeDoocsIfff function.

characters

This is a new requirement from ApplicationCore.

Extra space at the end of a property name has been removed in the latest
version of doocs. These tests were modified to work with this change:
- testCSAdapterEqFct
- testDoocsPVFactory

add two more ignores related to eclipse projects.
