prepared test for DoocsPVFactory for Factory which uses the mapping. currently failing as implementation not complete

testVariableMapper is testing the clear function (and uses it to have a clean state for the next test)

changed signature of DoocsProcessScalar to accept a different name for the Doocs property than the PV name

factored out the actual importing into a function with a plain C++ interface so it can be used without XML file

refactoring: merged processLocationImport and processGlobalImport into one function as they were 90 % idendical

implemented tests are now checking for the correct expected values (and still failing due to missing implementation

fixed problems with the rpath: rpath on installed library was not set; tests were using installed DoocsAdapter instead of library from build directory

necessary update for latest change in the ControlSystemAdapter interface (removal of deprecated functions)
