Now one can add ScalarOutput and ArrayOutput variables to the history modules by using tags.

This is still not nice. Now for every data type an individual module needs to be created.

Function registers tests defined as a list of souce files.  Test defined
by file source_name.cc in the SOURCES list is registered under the name
  test_namespace.source_name

Provided list of dependent targets and include directories are used for
test executables as PRIVATE dependencies during compilation.

Function implicitly adds a dependency on the boost unit test framework
to each generated test executable.

Skip logic in PeriodicTrigger mainLoop for TestableMode

Do not rely on EntityOwner for accessig Application object.

- renamed timeout to period.
- introduced PeriodicTrigger::sendTrigger
- mainloop logic bypassed on startup if owner application is in testable
  mode.

fix for new boost versions (boost::fusion::for_each() changed, second argument by default no longer a reference, so we have to specifiy that explicitly)

GNUInstallDirs doesn't really deliver the intended directories. CMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR e.g. points to lib/x86_64-linux-gnu on Ubuntu 16.04
