✨ add NixOS module

Philipp Middendorf requested to merge nixos-module into main
  • Still needs MySQL migrations to be done
  • Also write Readme on how to actually use this:
    • for poetry2nix (there might be a fix for this unknown flake output, too)
    • in NixOS
    • for poetry (to build tango properly with poetry install)
