Hit_Write_Engine_mipCut of RootTreeWriter removed

Few lines in HitWriteEngine.cc removed to get rid off the "second" MIP Cut (default 0.5 MIP) ) within the RootTreeWriter. Goal: Use only the MIP Cut in the CalibrateProcessor "Zero Suppression".
