  • Modified tree to have a vector instead of an array, added c++11 flag for pedestal extraction, corrected gain and pedestal extraction tree branch variable to vectors
  • Modified flags
  • Modified Convert2Root for a more clear structure using classes -- Possible improvement by parallelizing the conversion for each text file
  • Added some documentation and doxygen
  • Added the LED voltage information in the rootfile
  • Added Doxyfile
  • Restructuration of folders in Extraction pedestal, using cmake to compile
  • Restructuration of folders in Extraction Gain, compilation with cmake
  • Rewrite Pedestal extraction program into classes for better understanding and reading
  • Documentation
