Merging Feature/Refactoring

• Documentation + include files consistency + BugFix total/bad fit counter
• Added MIP - PedestalAll subtraction to write out the Pedestal subtracted MPV
• Bug fix in SetRangeUser method getRMS
• Changed offsets to absolute pedestal values for memory-cells, changed output of pedestal extractor and input of mip extractor, absolute memorycell-wise correction. Next: Pedestalall only cell 0-8
• Change of PedestalAll value: Now calculated only from memorycell 0-8, since higher memorycells show ADC jumps
