• Modified the ROCThreshold processor by removing the uncessary things due to Mokka, modified the time smearing processor to perform a simple random gaussian smearing based on the xml steering parameter, remove all the TDC shift part
• Changed digi processors to handle directly all collections at once using a vector of input collections
• Incorporate the change made by Lan for the SimK -> K, using the system flag (detector id) to modify the K accordingly
• Account for time of flight between layers
