Reordering/cleaning of the Ahc2MIPTrackFinder, reject now events with a number of hits per layer over the chosen cut (for late pion showers in AHCAL EPT)

Corrected small error on the cut of number of hits per layer that was checked as less than (<) not less or equal than (<=)
