Event Filter and Track Validation Processor

Changes in Event Filter for track-hit match and upper Esum criteria. + Implementation of TrackValidation processor to check agreement of track (DWC collection) with hit positions, cog and MC truth. (Rather simple and preliminary ROOT tree as output)
